No, a RAID 5 array with 6 drives could lose 1 drive without a problem. If it loses 2 drives, it's toast.

You can do a RAID 5 array with as few as 3 drives, but you can still only lose 1 HD from an array without losing your data, no matter how many drives you put in the array.
