see, you know who the best player available is now. so that goes on the top. then who is the best player available after that? put them second. then, you can see who the best player is after that. and then put them third.

now, ignore those three, and look at the best player after that. that's the person you would put fourth. and hypothetically, the second best player available when you picked your fourth name would become your fifth name.

if necessary, look at the players left, and pick the best one; that could be your sixth.
