Holy crap do I hate poker sometimes.

hand is limped around to me, I have 88, I raise 4x BB. everyone folds except for a previous limper with a slightly smaller stack who raises all in. He flips over ATo.

on the flop: A56 rainbow.

Next hand, I'm down to 2x BB. I get AQs and raise all in. Huge stack re raises, gets one other other caller.
Huge stack bets pot sized for the flop (uncoordinated) and the turn (a blank) shaking off the other guy. He turns over JT. The river: a J.
