from the article you linke me to, it estimates that humans are composed of 10 trillion cells

" and there are at least ten times as many bacteria as human cells in the body (approximately 10^14 versus 10^13).[5][6] "

from a different article on cells, it estimates that humans are made up of 100 trillion cells

"(Humans have an estimated 100 trillion or 10^14 cells; a typical cell size is 10 �m; a typical cell mass is 1 nanogram.)"

they don't necessarily conflict if you count all the bacteria in the total cell. 110 trillion is approximately 100 trillion. - mafic Aug 28, 11:02
