Let's be realistic too about the GOP candidates this year. It really was the Seven Dwarves.

Fred couldn't get out of bed.

Huckabee started as a no-one and then couldn't expand past his tiny base with wins.

Rudy ran the dumbest campaign of anyone involved.

Ron Paul's the definition of crazy.

Romney couldn't win votes even if he gave people $100 each to vote for him. Which likely woulda been cheaper than what he spent.

McCain was broke and basically forced to go door to door in New Hampshire just to have a pulse and he ended up winning rather easily.

The right-wing is potent, but with that bunch of village idiots running, they couldn't even find someone to push realistically.
