Hotkiss, I'd get the Bamboo. For $100, it's as cheap as you'll ever find a real wacom tablet, and I heard great things about it

It's small but if you use your mouse most of the time and use the pen only for drawing, it will work fine.. And there's no mouse included which is great since wacom mice are useless IMO
