My father had this several years ago. Relatively simple, yes, and since then he has been far more energetic than he'd become.

The blockage he had (unbeknownst at the time) really slowed him down.

Was an amazing change really. He'd just chalked up the slowing down to "getting older." It was like he was 10+ years younger afterwards.
