I've seen hitler's art, or something alleging to be it.
I know nothing of composition, so I can't attest to that, but there was a certain eye to architecture that I completely lack but tend to be drawn to. (Not a pun. Shut up.)
The ones on the site that I saw had no people in them. Commenters on the post seemed to find this "creepy", "foreboding", etc., whereas I think they were just reading too much into it. Maybe he just didn't like drawing people.
