psilotum--I saw the other night where you said you'd moved up on Cap Hill, that's such a fun neighborhood.

The Central District was starting to gentrify when we moved. I'm guessing the economy sort of slammed that. When we still lived there, D's best friend lived in on of those 4 story old brick homes that had been trned into apartments. The ceilings were like 16 feet high, the windows were about 10 feet high and ran all around it, their apartment was the entire second floor. The CD is supposed to be the next Belltown. The crime rate is a little higher there, but heck, I lived in Green Lake and had hobos sleeping in my car, in a secure underground garage.
If the sushi place next to the vinyl fetish place is still open, it's fantastic--go early, the line will go down the sidewalk.
