I have commented a time or two, when adults had gone too far with kids. Yeah they got hostile, but I was doing it less for the adults and more for the kids.

my only experience with observing that was with a normal young couple and a rowdy newborn-type ... and a fucking jackass dutch/germanic asshole (60+)
