I would have taken either of them, with Smith first.

But there are others I would have taken as well, especially with rules that strict.
What happens if a player goes out for the year, like Brady last year?
I've changed my mind about Bears coach and ST. Either punt the bye week from those two, or drop them both that week for replacements if possible.
2 kickers but only 1 defense, ST, and coach each seems odd.
Was there a trade that precluded the "no trades" rule?
With those rules, and 8 teams, I actually might have passed on Forte in round 3. Especially if there was another top RB (Chris Johnson, Slaton, DeAngelo Williams among others) there. Or either Fitz or the other Johnson at WR. If it's 6 points for passing TDs, I would have also went with Brees or Brady if they were still there, but I think that's unlikely.
