In san fran, the dog run areas are packed with people, in Oregon there are taverns you can bring your dog just like in France

I'd like to have a restaurant where there were kennels outside along the walls so technically they 'filthy' beasts are outside but reachable from the tables, that might skirt the healthcodes.
but basically all your services of a upper class club with social activities based around the companions. Plus all the services for the creatures too. So I'm thinking of a couple huge spaces, one the size of a baseball or soccor field at the minimum, the other the size of a double tennis court for the little shitzus.
