I'm not saying he's gotta be lincecum jr, but if he's kicking around at 12-10 with a 4.00 ERA in the NL, he's a disappointment.

I think he's gotta be in the neighborhood of a .600 win pct with an ERA around 3.50 to be 'worth it'.
