I used the quick batarang and just kept throwing it whenever I could and especially if she opened up the front where you can do the most damage.

Instead of flipping all the way across the screen until there was no room, I would just run a bit to avoid the first fireball or two and then I'd use the flip to make sure I avoided the last one which when she'll open the front to let you hit her.

Took me 4 or 5 tries to pass it, it got very annoying.
