new feedback rule, sellers can leave possitive fb only, you aer not allowed to neg, (buyers biggest complaints were fb hostage taking)

I dealt with one bitch, bought a CD I really wanted and didn't notice her feedback score, worse, the positives that really held nasty comments.
in the body of the listing she said I leave the same feedback you do so please leave positives and I'll be sure to do the same. reading the comments that folks did leave, and her bitchy replies, its seems the deliveries took several months because
her mom was sick,
her kid was sick
her dog was sick
sheesh haven't you any compassion?
now the new 99% is 93-95 and just because you have years and hundreds of fb, the percent only reflects the last year.
