This isn't a hard concept: RELIGION IS NOT ALLOWED IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS AS AN ORGANIZED, SCHOOL SANCTIONED ACTIVITY.

That isn't just to protect the athiests. It's there to protect the Jews and Catholics and Methodists and Lutherans and Protestants and every other religious group.
