i have no problem with requiring them to cover pre-existing conditions, nor do I have a problem with making

employee paid health insurance a tax deduction (currently, it could be included in itemized, but you have to surpass a % floor before it counts).
but I shouldnt get a tax deduction for what my employeer pays for me. only what I pay out of my pocket, after taxes
