it's a simple matter of filing music clearance forms with ASCAP and BMI. someone at 'ellen' is toast for not filing the forms.

All you need to use the music is a blanket agreement, and then file the usage reports. someone didn't file the usage reports. it will be easily resolved. but someone will be fired.
