Flounder rolls stuffed with mushrooms, spinach, and feta. If I substitute pepper-jack for the feta and serve with roast tomatoes, mashed potato, and

a little white, parsley sauce, that should work, right? I've been looking forward to this all day :)

My weight has plateaued for the last month or so. First I was not feeling good, and not eating anything. Then I felt better but not up to planning/cooking, and was depending on fast food. I have to get back into the WW mode.
