Oh, I know. The one I really feel bad for is our 2nd winner who couldn't claim his award because he couldn't find a college to accept

him for the fall. The budget shortfalls in California have caused the Cal State University system to cut back on classes and enrollments to where people just can't get in.
Our scholarships are only awarded on receipt of proof of enrollment. We've agreed to hold his award hoping he'll find a place in February.
