Perfectly. Went down as planned (though it wasn't very elaborate). And the date was quite humorous. I propsed on April 1. nm

I had the plan for an outdoor proposal...and was waiting for the first Friday of the spring that was warm enough to plan something outside.
Just so happened to be April 1. Neither of us realized until her mom accused us of playing a joke on her.
