Guess I'm not really familiar with flounder - or I overcooked it - cause I really couldn't tell the difference between the fish and the white sauce.

There was some flavor, but it was pretty much mush:(

Oh well, on special it was about 84 cents for a 4oz fillet :)

It cooks very quickly, like 10 minutes at 350 for a 1/2 inch filet. Most are thinner than that. - Trish Nov 8, 18:52 1
