She handled herself very poorly.

And they're saying she misheard things when she said "I never threatened to kill her" or something similar. The line judge never claimed she did.
Sure, it almost surely wasn't a foot fault. I can't say for certain for two reasons. First, I've only seen it from an angle behind her. That's about the worst possible angle. Second, I don't know if it's a fault to step on the line or if you need to step over it.
I don't know what all the rules are for what she had the penalty for, but I'm guessing "I should (or I'm going to) shove this fucking ball down your fucking throat." probably counts.
It would be a non-issue had she not broken her racket earlier.
