Bought the ring today. Being made and by the end of the month, I'm probably going to be engaged.

Solitaire classic cut. High quality gem. Yellow gold (we're a throwback couple). Can't be happier.

(Some might be wondering because I was close to buying one at the beginning of summer, but then held off as I moved in and we did some roof repairs that needed to be paid for. Took up the hunt again last month.)
