Info about potential new roommate

OK, he's 25, Macedonian, grew up here and speaks very good english. He parents died about 6 years ago and he has been living with an aunt. He worked full time for a cable company and then decided he wanted to be something more, so he started going to a community college. Aunt wasn't in favor of it, but as long as he contributed to the household he could do what he wanted. Aunt lost her job a while back and unemployment has run out so she's moving out of state. He is 2 semesters from graduating, but if he leaves the state he'll lose a fair amount of credits on transfer. So he desperately wants to stay here. He's mature and pretty level headed and needs a mentor/big brother so he can unlearn some of the weird macedonian customs (like its ok to default on debt to banks but never to a person). He's a solid B student, interested in going to law school. Seems to be compatible with me, but have to see how he gets along with current roommate. He said he'd happily sleep on the floor, but I'll probably set up a futon/couch thing for him. He will be bringing a large nike bag of clothes if he moves in, and that's it.

Complicating things is the engineering student that wants to move in this summer when Isaiah moves out and head to Davis or Berkeley. I like the new guy, but I also like the engineering guy, but I don't know if I want to have 3 people in a 2 bedroom house for a long period of time.

And in a radical change from previous roommates, the two new guys are quite average looking (since I knew somebody would ask)
