voting for best female video:

video A gets 21 votes
video B gets 20 votes

voting for best video:

video A gets 6 votes (loses 5 votes to video C)
video B gets 20 votes (people who voted for this still think it's best)
video C gets 5 votes (this video has a male artist that 5 people thought was better than video A)
