Looking back, can you think of something that would have made you recognize your reasons as wrong ones?


Whether it be a church consultation or gov't intervention or a well-timed 'The More You Know' PSA on NBC?

Conversely, can you point to something that made you misidentify your reasons as valid ones? Unrealistic TV/movie depictions of love? Family/social pressure?

I'm not looking to validate a point or opinion with these questions... as a (relative) newlywed, I'm just curious.
