I was expecting a little more of an advancement (gameplay, options, etc) but since I really liked the first one, I got over it pretty fast.
The visuals are much better that's for sure.
Fusion moves are pretty cool also.
I've unlocked Ms. Marvel so far but am unlikely to use her.
I'm hoping Venom and Hulk are coming up soon.
Oh and Juggernaut kicks ass!

So, if you liked or loved the first one, you should definitely have a good time with the sequel.
