Yeah, my one complaint of where we live is that there is not a very strong "neighborhood" feel to it.

Growing up, our house was on a double corner lot. Fenced in back yard with swimming pool, tennis/basketball courts and a huge playground. It was *the* congregation point for kids. I want Logan to experience that.
