Are we really that surprised there would be a distribution of them?

Hands up those around here who don't expect this fall's flu season to result in stories of deaths?
And those reserves are literally hell holes with terrible living conditions. They'll be hit hard. When were the body bags supposed to be sent? A week after they are needed?
