I love exam grading.

Q: An ice cube is placed into a cup of warm water. Where does heat flow? Why does the heat flow (eventually) stop?

A: The heat flows from the cooler ice cube to the warmer water. The heat flow doesn't stop, heat always travels from a cooler substance to a warmer one. It will seemingly stop, only making minute changes to keep at equilibrium after the ice melts.

She gave an even crazier answer to the question previous, but it's not as glaringly obviously wrong as this one.
