It's just a mashup of an online Monopoly game and Google maps.

I actually did get in for an hour or so last week. You can buy streets, then build buildings on them. Just like the game, you then 'collect' money depending on... well, I don't know. Traffic, maybe?

But then you can trade and buy streets from other players online. I dunno... the potential for fun is there.
