dean/sam show up to the town - walk through the empty streets with guns - they see a cherry red 1961 mustang parked along with other littered cards with blood/glass.

someone comes up to them - it's Ellen - she has botoxed her forehead into oblivion. yuck.

She takes them to a church were survivors are -

sam/dean go out to get guns and salt. Sam runs into trouble in the convenience store as he is getting salt - kills two demons thinks about drinking their blood but doesn't.
