Ellen says that Jo is missing so she and Sam go out looking for her after Sam has a heated discussion ( he threw Dean up against a wall - mucho hawt) - he claims he is fine and he does not need the blood.

they find a house with smoke coming out of it - they have a fight with Rufus and Jo

Jo says to Ellen - let me mom go you black eyed bitch - only problem is - Jo's eyes are black.

Ellen gets away - Sam gets tied up ( again)
