Sam is under a devil's trap - they throw holy water on him and salt down his throat and try to excise him - as you look out through Jo's eyes - Sam's eyes are black.

they can't release Sam's demon - later a survivor from the church comes and has a talk - he says he came in on a comet to the town - and he is one of the 4 horseman - War. He made everyone think each other were demons.

Dean Ellen figure it out - but War shows up to convince the others to turn on Dean/Ellen - they leave.

they go to the house where sam/jo/rufus are - it's a happy reunion.
