sam dean hunt down War as he tries to escape and Sam has the demon killing knife and war laughs - HA HA can't kill me - they say they know - so they cut off his finger which has a special ring ( okay whatever)
cut to:
pretty colorado mountains and park bench - Sam says he can't trust himself - he only wanted to drink blood and he is not fit to hunt. Dean agrees and said he couldnt' concentrate on doing the job right - cause he had to watch him constantly - so they went their separate ways. no one is mad - Dean even offered up the impala - it was bittersweet.
and a million fan girls hearts are broken all over the world!
