In response to "I bought some DVD +R blank discs the other day, but when I try to put video files onto them, a box pops up saying "your discs are not formatted, would" by Loyola

IIRC, there are more than one formats for DVD recorders

Perhaps your DVD Recorder takes only -R? (I think that's what they're called)

- If you want to make them viewable on a DVD player, you need to use burn them as Video DVDs, not Data DVDs (which requires formatting) -- nm - oblique Sep 21, 10:22 1
