For something 'big' like that....this dude got the medals cuz he got hurt on duty....I don't like the idea of passive-aggressive

if he goes to HR, okay, I can handle that cuz that's an apparatus in companies to deal with conflicts.
But a passive-aggressive note is just cowardice to me.
