From the post on Announcements:
"Trading CX Derivatives will be similar in many ways to the trading that you do on HSX, however to create greater alignment between HSX and Cantor Exchange, weve implemented the following game-play changes, most notably:
Trading is not halted during opening weekend, and there is no adjust.
There will be no price freeze during the first day of trading.
There will be no commission-free trading period.
But in many other ways this new class will behave similarly to MovieStocks and other derivatives. "
My take on this is that the CX derivative trading will be similar to HSX, but no halts/freezes/comm-free - it says at the beginning and the end of my quote that it will be similar to HSX and Moviestocks.
I can see where its ambiguously worded, but to me its pretty clear that the game-play changes are about the difference in playing CX derivatives compared with HSX, and won't be changes to HSX itself
