Assuming they bring it on periodically for a limited time, how do you gauge what 'normal' demand for it would be?

Demand is skewed by the very nature of the limited time offer

Maybe my habits are different from other consumers, but I generally pick something because I think I'll like it, not because it's a limited offer -- nm
