(As I said, the actual florist that we had been dealing with the entire time has had hip replacement surgery. 3 months bedrest.)

And no one told us. No one called us before they placed the order; the owner suggested that the original florist was the one who placed the order, but I'm doubtful. The original florist is the one who sent the email with the *proper* information.
