SWAT team 2 houses down from me. Gunshot & yelling heard about 10 mins ago.

Helmeted SWAT seen leaving building, complete with shields, now talking quietly with 2 other cops on front porch. SWAT van is still in the back parking lot but 2 cruisers seem to have left. The landlady is sitting on the porch of the house in between my bldg and the ruckus bldg (both are glorified rooming houses) talking on the phone. It's quiet now. No sirens beforehand, none now. It's a little scary, though. I'm wondering if they're waiting for the coroner.
