Only one cruiser now in front. The SWAT team has left. All's quiet.

I think the whole block is inside their bldgs, waiting to see what happens. What I can't see is the side street where other vehicles may be parked (there's also a side entrance to that bldg). And, no, I'm not going out there just yet.
My neighborhood is almost completely gentrified except for those 2 bldgs. Police come & go fairly often. Lots of eviction notices posted by the sheriff. And the landlady is rumored to be a cat poisoner.
