Since I broke up with Grey's and never watched Fringe beyond the pilot, it's not as bad for me as it's been in the past.

Bones and The Office. And in a month 30 Rock. (Maybe Community - liked the pilot.) So really Thursdays are pretty lite for me now I guess.
I'd pick Supernatural up but have only watched it spottily previously, liked what I watched though.
