We're a general contractor in Chicago. Maybe we're just blinded but I really have a hard time seeing how Chicago doesn't get it. You know that Africa is going to vote for Chicago with Obama on board. Rio has it's issues and the world cup coming up so I really think they get passed over. Tokyo and Madrid are too close to Beijing and London
