Awkward work situation

I'm providing data for the renewal of a grant, and because the guy running the grant hasn't been proactive about collecting data I'm having to patch together things the best I can. If the grant doesn't get renewed, he's out of a job, so he's pushing for me to give him as much data as possible, even though I've already given him everything I can without making stuff up. He's trying to escalate it, which will only end badly for him.
