What do you put in your curry ? I use a recipe I grew up with in Australia...

Leftover meat - ours was always lamb/mutton.

Onions, raisins, and chopped apple. Flour and a little brown sugar in the sauce.

These days I generally add frozen peas, and sometimes potato (local Vietnamese influence)
