Here's the thing about "Flash Forward"

If I know I'm going to be alone in my office and three people are going to try to kill me, I'm going to be somewhere else.

Conversely, if I'm one of the three people, I'm not going to try anything at that moment because the agent will be expecting it.

And why is the woman getting an ultrasound at 10PM? Is that common on the left coast for some reason? Or is she in Australia when it happens?
