Sure, it could happen. I'm not saying Alaskans are stupid because Palin is dumb, but that Palin is unprepared because Alaska is small

in population and the problems they face as a state aren't going to prepare her as well as someone governing a larger state. Or even a large city.
Her lack of intellectual rigor makes her even less prepared.
