Flash Forward Spoilers questions

1. How do you do Season 2? (or do you?)
2. The 10pm sonogram vs "elsewhere-in-the-world" sonogram. The sonogram tech was a blonde American. Not that those don't exist outside the US, I'm just saying. (Also, the pregnant agent was crying, not looking like tear of joy. Relief? Sadness?)
